Ross will clean out your bank account, use your credit cards, steal your car, cash, computers, phone, jewellery or any valuables he can. He has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past 2 decades and has no morals or scruples.
He is a sociopath and has many sob stories to hook his victims. He falsely claims to be a Canadian Paratrooper or Police or EMT worker. He will also tell you that he is terminally ill and show you fake medical reports to make you believe his story.
At approx. 6'2", blue eyes, dark brown hair (usually shaved or cut very short) Tattoo Red Maple Leaf on his upper arm near shoulder. His weight fluctuates from 180lbs to 250lbs. Drinks a lot, and takes drugs. He is very cunning and will convince you he is a good guy, but don't be fooled by his social skills, he is nothing but a liar and heartless thief. He put one of his elderly victims in intensive care after clearing her financially and her possessions.
He frequents soup kitchens, hostels, community assistant locals, men's housing.
