I was ripped off by Ron and Elda Sparaga from Kitchen and Bathroom Design. They were going to do work in my house including an accessible washroom and upgraded kitchen.
We gave them a deposit in order to get things started. Instead of forwarding the deposit for the bathroom and kitchen companies, they spent it on themselves. Yes, in my kitchen, Ron told us in plain english that he used the money for his personal reasons.
So, what do we do. Well, to tell you the truth, not much! Both Ron and his wife Elda are seasoned scam artists who will take money from anyone. They don't care if its from a stranger, senior citizen, trades, friend or family. In my case, these people happened to have been friends of my family for over 50 years.
Look them up on the internet. There are stories about them ripping off other people!
All I can say is stay away!

Yes, these two clowns live like gypsy's. They constantly change there address to avoid or hide, themselves because of amount of money they have siphoned from hard working people. Ron does not have a contractors license or architectural license. Yet claims to charge $300 per hr, to scribble on a paper and call them drawings. When caught, he states proper drawings would be made. My advice, get other victims of this swine, and you will see he is full of hot air.
