misikko - Misikko Flat Iron/Hairdryer SCAM

I recently ordered a Chi flat iron from Misikko.com fro my friend as a birthday present. I submitted payment and received the product in days. I gave it to her as a gift and the first time she used it she claimed for it to stop working in minutes. It was a knock off brand and not authentic. I sent an email to the company and they instructed me to send the product back with its original packaging. I mailed it back via USPS and informed then that i had. They immediately stopped returning emails and i was never refunded. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
