Be very careful ordering large amounts from Modnique.com! I fortunately paid with Paypal, when an order that cost me $1,500 was not delivered, Modnique would not refund my money. I put in a claim to Paypal. Modnique.com continuously black mailed me to close my claim with Paypal before they would refund me! As if! Paypal strongly advised me to keep the claim. Modnique.com did not refund or cooperate at all and the Paypal dispute had to go right through the process to retain my funds. Modnique.com might be all nice and sweet while the going is good - but difficult and uncooperative when things go wrong. In the end, Modnique had their goods and my money ($1,500) and would not refund me! Thank god Paypal looked after the case - be very careful buyers!

This is ridiculous. Look who posted this, another sales site. PayPal only started to work with other companies like they do on ebay a few months ago and I really doubt that it got resolved this quick. They require a signature and only ship FedEx when an item is over $500. Talk about scams.........

I am having the same problems with modnique.... they are claim they are canceling my order from 12/7 but have yet to give me a refund or a reason for canceling my order.... their "customer service" dept is unresponsive at best! lucky for me i guess is that my order was only $17, not $1500!! they are a scam!

I had the same problem. When I sent my first email asking what was taking so long, they responded to wait a max of 10-17 business days. At 19 days, I sent another email, no response, at 21 days sent another email no response. So I disputed the charge with Amex. I think they are advertise products and then can not get them fullfilled from the company they purchase from. Seems like a poorly run operation to me. Not buying from them again.

I ordered from Modnique, and my stuff all arrived without problem. So far, I haven't experienced any issues, but I sent something for a return, so we'll see how it turns out...

Ordered many times (big and small) alway received, no problem, good service, good quality will always recomended! Although maybe is the delivery man? Once they left ordered parcel on the porch - how stupid was that! Anybody could take it!

I did return an item and it took me a few weeks to get a refund with lots of emails back and forth and stalling for time making excuses as to why they could not give me the refund straight after they received the item, but I did get my refund thank goodness although they did try and make me take it as credit even though they sent me the wrong item. Anyway the good news is they did refund me and also paid for return postage because I had to send it from New Zealand and it was their error in sending wrong item. So alls well that ends well.

I am surprised to read the negative comments concerning Modnique. I returned a purse that cost $1000.00 to them a few months ago. I was quickly refunded my purchase price in full. Also, they always make me sign if the item is more than a few hundred dollars.

Have not received an email confirming my order and when trying to log in keeps coming up not the correct email address or pass word, after quite a number of trys cxlicked forgot password but had not ,was told I would get an email confirming pass word but no answer, would like to know whether my order has been processed as 5 days ago. I have ordered from Modnique number of times. They send you a code to use it, 10% off of your order. Now, I have used their code before whether I got the goods on an auction from bidz or not...I just made sure that my order is over $99.00 in order to use my code. Last night when I was making an order I wanted to use my code to get a discount. Now, I have won some bids on bidz before and used my code to get my discount. I was going to use another code I had received again. However, when I added everything, I guess I had mistyped something and I had to redo it again. But, I did not know that I had to click on the code which had registered itself. So, when my order went through, it did not deduct the %10. I called in and told the person what happened and she assured me that she would take care of it. Well, then I got this e-mail stating: "We were unable to apply a coupon code and adhere to the shipping cost of 4.99 for orders of over $100. Your items were purchased through auction from bidz.com and because the items were purchased for prices below the regular purchase price we are unable to add any further discount. We are sincerely sorry for the confusion, please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns."
Like I said, I have used the code before and it went through..I called to fix the problem and was told it would be fixed. My order was 152 dollars and some change and should have been 142 dollars and I should have received the shipping for $4.99. Yet, I received none. This e-mail was written by Wendy Moreno<<shame on you !!!!! I am through with Modnique....rip off!..If they are not going to give the 10% why send it in the first place??/

Yes, It is ten dollars off..that is correct which was not given to me.
I had already made my complaint already twice now..wrote to Wendy person and Modnique and never received a reply. At this point it really does not matter anymore. I just make sure I avoid Modnique as much as possible. I am going to continue with HauteLook and Beyond the Rack. I do not have any problems with them, especially HauteLook always delivers everything I order and they don't promise things to people and not keep.

No comment yet, i did my trial order from Mondique, after a week they give an aramex awb# already I will wait and see once I receive my order and get back here to do some comment.
