Marzena Wadzynska Baltic Collagen - Ripped Off and Lied to at BalticCollagen.us

I purchased a product from the individuals and was ripped off for $100.70 for a skin care product that did not work at all.

When I contacted them about it, someone by the name of Isabelle (who doesn't tell you her last name), was extremely rude and dismissive. She stated that they do not uphold the refund policy of the website I read about the guarantee.

Only after posting this on a forum did Isabelle reply with an answer that, was even more false. She then stated that they are the only authorized distributor of the Baltic Collagen product line. Then she made a direct statement slamming their competitor by saying that balticcollagen.com is no longer an authorized distributor.

Found out later from Kristen at balticcollagen.com that the website balticcollagen.us is not the only distributor. They came 9 months after the real balticcollagen.com already introduced the product to the US. Balticcollagen.com is run by two polish immigrants, looking to bolster their sales by stating that they are the only authorized distributor. Then they falsely stated that their competitor balticcollagen.com lost their rights to distribute.

In any case, I was ripped off by these two individuals at balticcollagen.us, Marzena Wadzynska and this Isabelle woman who then falsely tried telling me that they were the real issuers of the product and it wasn't true.

Don't trust the domain balticcollagen.com. They are selling a product that did nothing and they declined the warrantee that was clearly stated on their competitors site. To cover themselves they falsely stated that their competitor, balticcollagen.com, was not in business. Their service was terrible!

Turns out that they are not even an authorized distributor. They are 2 Polish immigrants based out of Chicago who fed me 4 lies and took my money, as they talked trash about their obviously untouchable competitor. BalticCollagen.us runs a horrible business. Save your money! I wont say more.
