File a Report!This company is owned by Directors Gavin Lowrey and Darren Tunesi. Both these men have deliberately not payed any tax for employees or issued and wage slips. They have also committed fraud on several occasions. They drive top of the range cars and have big houses and holiday homes abroad, while ripping off the system. They are both con men, please never have any dealings with this company.

Yes, I worked for this company too. They never paid me the agreed hourly rate of pay and i never to this day recieved and wage slips. I reported them to ACAS and will be taking them to a Employment Tribunal. Darren Tunesi and Gavin Lowrey are known for not paying their workers. It is your own risk if you work for them!!

Still no wage slips. Been asking for them for over a year now. I hear that one of the Directors now lives in Spain. HMRC are investigating them.

Yes, he has moved to Spain. I believe that his wife to be does not know about this non payment of tax and the way he treats his employees. I knew Darren Tunesi for several months in which he slept with numerous women in exchange for ridiculous sums of cash. Clearly money he was trying to get rid off quickly.

They use a payroll company called Contractor Solutions, that charge you money for getting paid, don't give you wage slips and off set you tax as expenses. These government loop holes are now being investigated and relevant backdated fines are in place to stop companies like Labour Links ripping people off. The company is bound to fold very soon. I also hear there are fraud charges against them.

They offered me and my company a trip abroad to play golf, we accepted because we knew that they were ripping off their workers and wanted to take them for all the mugs were worth. Darren has personality issues and Gavin is thick as pig shit. Don't let charlatans like these frauds rip any more innocent people off!!!

This company kept trying to win our business. The supposed owner Gavin Lowrey painted the image that they had operational branches throughout the UK, which is bullshit. They also lied to us to try and make out that they were big fish!! Not at all they are badly spoken off thought recruitment and construction supply.

Darren one of the directors of this company told me he would give me a job and a good wage. Stupidly i slept with him after he wined and dined me at a Liverpool game. I kept texting me for sex. This is a horrible man.

My husband worked for these tossers. The number of times the fobbed him off for not giving him payslips was unreal. I work for the HMRC and ran a check on them. Rest assured guys, they are living on borrowed time. I just hope you can get your money back!

The above comments are absolutley slanderous, it is well known that ryan millar and alan marr of skidmark recruitment are behind this putrid vile. This information has been passed to the police, hopefully it can be sorted through the proper channels. If not then there will be clearly other ways of retribution.

The majority of comments above cant be dealt with by the police. Normally the Revenue deal with non payment of tax from a company, however fraud and abuse is definately a police matter. A similar thing happened to me regarding non payment of tax when i worked for a company in Nottingham and the employer had to pay the remaining balance of tax due.

Just worked two weeks for Mardons Painting Contractors At Pasiley Universtiy New Campus via Labourlinks and it looks like myself and upto twenty other painters and trades have been bumped for ther wages.
