freescore/scoresense.com - Unauthorized debit from my account by freescoreonline.com (powered by score sense)

Hi,

I have recently got a auto loan. So I was curious to find my credit score after the loan. I found this website freescoreonline.com while googling. It was mentioned that it is free site to check the credit score and report. Even while I signup they didn't mention any fee information on any page. And they asked for my credit/debit card no while signing up. It was clearly mentioned that it is only for the identification purpose. So I went ahead and signed up.

When I checked my account activities today, I found that they have taken $1.00 on the day I signed up and $29.95 a week after. I was so surprised to see this. Atleast they should have mentioned it somewhere in the website but they didn't. There is no contact no to talk to them as well. I have sent an email but didnt get any response so far.

How can they do take money from my account without even informing me? Its so frustating and hurting when loosing hard earned money.

Can anyone suggest me how to get my money back? Thanks in advance.
