Asefeh Hemmati - rent Scammer

This woman contacted me thru a craigslist ad that I had listed. I was subleasing one of my bedrooms, as a summer lease for the month of July and Aug. I agreed to let her move in under the agreement that she would pay her rent and pay half of the utilities. This woman moved out in the middle of August while I was not home after ignoring a letter I left for her asking for her portion of the rent for August and also her share for the utilities. Everyday this woman turned the central air on full blast, used the electric, water and all the amenities available in the house. After she moved out I called her, emailed her, and texted her. She ignored me and didnt reach me until she realized that I was reporting her for her scam. She emailed me admitted she owed me money and agreed to send it to me. She strung me along for another month and half telling me it was in the mail, or she put the wrong address or some other excuse. I never received the money and I have not heard anything else from her. It seems like she moves around and might scam people like this all of the time. She is of middle eastern descent and has lived in Tallahasse FL, Atlanta GA, her in Southeastern PA just outside of Phila, and now I think she's in Pittsburgh or at least thats what she wants me to believe.
