Fastnet learning is a huge SCAM
Fastnet Learning
I signed up for information on how to work from home. It said 30 day trial for $2.95. One week later I was charged $79.99. They have refused to give me my money back. Now that I am researching it, there are complaints all over about this company doing this exact thing to lots of people. I have even seen the name of a supervisor that I was given on another complaint board. They are basically just taking peoples money and refusing refunds. They are almost impossible to contact. I have been on hold for 33min. How do we get our money back and shut this fake company down?!

i don't think your post is helping anyone here.
You should also post their website, person you dealt with, etc
also look at your credit card statement and find the processor.
In this kind of case, you might be able to put a chargeback on those scammers.

FASTNETLEARNING.COM is a total SCAM. I am reporting them to the local BBB any other website that processes or notifies consumers of Internet Scams. I called within the cancelleation time frame and NO ONE EVER answered the phone in which I was on hold for 40 minutes or more. Then two days later, someone finally answers the phone and after 55 minutes on hold and says that it is too late and the charge is non-refundable. I spoke to SAM and he said they are not allowed to give their last names. What a waste. There should eb a LAW against FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS.

I gave them my card info for the 3$ charge, then read the scam reports online, so immediately canceled the card that I gave them and had the card company issue me a new card with different number. I was able to catch it before the 79.99 charge posted. Cancelling the card you give them seems to be the only way

Funny how even my bank rep was already aware of it!!! So I too called to cancel out my debit card before they actually withdraw the $79.99! It is ridiculous to have some lame ass company trying to get ya for what you got. Wish everyone the best of luck and remember to keep an EYE out for those trying to get you!!!

This happen to me also...I went to my bank and filed a dispute of charges... a couple of weeks later the bank issued me a credit of my money, plus gave me a credit for the nsf that occured. I closed my debit card out also, to prevent any more charges... So there is help out there, and if enough people will follow through with their banks, maybe it will at least slow them down, so the word can/ will get out to put these theives out of bussiness. Please anyone that has any luck with retrieving their money back, post it here so that others may be encouraged to fight back, and get their money back to!!

I too fell for this scam, unfortunately for me I never found the SCAM pages until AFTER they took the $79.99. I did the exact same thing as others here, immediately canceled my card with the bank and filed a fraud complaint with the bank. I luckily had email correspondence with Fast Net Learning asking them to cancel my account the very day I signed up for it and paid the $2.95. They never sent me my kit, but made sure to take the $2.95 which I let go but then 2 weeks later they took the $79.99. I was unable to report them to the BBB since they don’t have an actual address, city and state available but I did report them to the FTC. The bank refunded my money and issued me a new card so they cannot take any more money from my account. Lessoned learned DO NOT SIGN UP AND PAY FOR ANYTHING ON LINE UNTIL YOU RESEARCH FIRST!!!

Contact your bank and cancel the card you gave to this company. Even if / when you call to cancel they will give you a comfermation number, DONT TRUST IT !!!! Report it to the BBB AND FTC, and also contact your local news to help spread the word. All of the stories sound just the same, the mangers are in a meeting, not getting the product etc.... Lets shut them down. If I can get my money back I will let you know how. Have any of you just tried lying and telling them that you dont know what the website is and seeing if they will get your money back, why do we have to be honest with them if they arent with us? Oh and I spoke with the same person EVERYTIME that I called

Please, everyone who is a victim of this scam file a consumer complaint with the Arizona AG office. If the AG office gets enough complaints they will have to investigate the company and poss. file a lawsuit against them.
