I really wanna know if this is true. Because I'm Interested for this job offer.
I still have some emails of him regarding the job and the processing of my documents and he send me some pictures of his family, his id, passport, and cv of him and his wife as well as the contract agreement from the James Peterson Law Firm the attorney signed there name is Barrister James Peterson. Just to provided me a proof for the legality of his job offer. He just said that i'll be the one to shoulder of my work permit fee, the flight fare and visa fee will be provided of him.

I read some article about scam and It caught my attention of the name of Barrister James Peterson. It makes me confused because it was the name written in the contract agreement. I'm afraid about this.

Guys, help me to figure it out if its true not. If you need his other emails and pictures, cv, that he sent to me i can provide it to all of you for you to be able to check it.

thanks
Sheden

I already signed the contract agreement and sent it to him.

I read you comment sheden. I also receive email from him and he directed me to Mr. Hugh Stuart according to him he works at UK BORDER AGENCY to assist me in procuring all documents. he is using this email ad: ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk@uknation.co.uk. According to him I need to deposit 415GBP in WESTERN UNION: 315GBP for work permit and 100GBP for processing fee.

Hows your application to Mr. Wright do you still have communication with him. I want to figure out if this is real or one of the scam.

Please e-mail me ones you read my comment.

Thanks,
Kristel

hi guys!nice to hear you here, actually were having the same situation coz im almost been a victim of that fucking scam of Mr. Wright but sorry for him coz God is always for us to give precaution..im so hapi that i found u here guys coz im also interested for the offer thats why i really find ways to make it sure how true is this..

Thank for you guys for searching the truth and helping others not to be a victim of this scam offer..

Truly yours,

Jocel hermosa

Hi Sheden,
I also received communications same as yours..But it came from a certain MATTHEW ANDERSON..But the Work Agreement that he sent was done by a law firm JAMES PETERSON and it is signed by Attorney at law BARRISTER JAMES PETERSON..Mr.Anderson also told me that I have to shoulder my WORKING PERMIT expenses and he will be the one to pay for my VISA & FLIGHT. he even told me that he will secure CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT in Philippine embassy there in UK to ensure that everything is legal and approved by our government. He sent me thru email pictures of his family and the Work Agreement. He wants me to sign the agreement and send it back to him afterwards he will let his UK VISA BORDER AGENT process my papers and I will communicate with that agent with regards to the payments needed for the working permit...How can we know if this is a scam or what? Good I didn't sent any amount yet. I have doubts that's why I tried to surf the net and luckily I found this page..God is really good to us..Please communicate to me thru my email so I can let uyou see the pictures of the family of MR.ANDERSON.

THANKS A LOT..

Please provide me the picture of Mr. Anderson which you said as scam so thjat I can compare it with Mr Wright who sent me family photos.

can you send me some of his pictures so i can compare the pictures that MR. HUTCHINGS sent to me.

i think its a hoax bec i got an email from a certain Mr. Charles Norton with the exact content. May God have mercy on their souls for taking advantage of poor people that they are trying to scam. Its hard earned money that they are asking from innocent people.

@Shirley - Yes, you are right! It's a hoax! I received the same letter but with different content. That person used Eng'r. Jerry Hutchings but the letter is almost the same. I have copies of his emails if you're interested to see it. Just let me know so that we can compare. He used Attorney Barrister James Peterson also on the Contract that I received. Fortunately, I researched on the name and I was astonished when I found out there were so many fraud reports from this name. I'm assuming that the person who sends scam emails uses different names, email addresses, home address, tel. numbers and etc. from the Resume's or informations that he got from the people he wanted to rip off money. In my behalf, I'm thanking that my money was not stolen. Imagine, he told me to pay 400 Pounds for my Work Permit and everything will be shouldered by him. I had so many questions in my mind before sending my money and I was so lucky to find this scamchecker site. Thanks for the info and sharing your experiences from this scam email.

Just got the letter from the "Wrights". Of course, it's a scam!

1. "We are ... from UK but we are Presently in England": "but"? - the author doesen't even know that England is a part of the UK.
2. "beautiful beaches just a short drive away": there are no beaches "a short drive away". The seaside is ca. 120 km from the place, no usable beaches available.
3. 2500 GBP per month is a lot!
4. The duties are obviously copy-pasted (good English).
5. "visa and work permit" - people from my country don't need visas and work permits to work in the UK. Someone looking for an employee would know that.
6. Very poor English - even an English engineer wouldn't make so many obvious mistakes.

Has anybody answered this letter? Let us know what happened next.

I actually live at the address given

it is 100% a scam, please don't go for it.

sadly a letter arrived from hong kong today from someone who has fallen for this scam, which led to me googling this site.

is this true or scam?im intersted with the job offer but i have doubts of it.nice salary but employer must do the right thing.he/she have to produce all the needs of the employee without giving any amount to be process by her/his documents?the employer must shoulder all of the fees.no money to be collected.i have the photos of Mr. Philipe Edgar and sign by attorney at law Barrister James Peterson.should i trust this kind of offer?please do help us....to avoid scam...

Hi TRAPPZ! Looks like we accepted a SCAM email from Eng'r. Jerry Hutchings. I think he used a fraud name...I researched for his Attorney Barrister James Peterson which is written on the Contract that he sent to me on the internet and I was so lucky to find out that this is a SCAM. They are making money from us guys!!! Eng'r. Jerry Hutchings told me to pay 400 Pounds for the Work Permit only and everything is shouldered by him. I already worked outside the country and I have so many questions in my mind which I solved before I was ripped off by Eng'r. Jerry Hutchings. Thank God, He answered my prayers if I was receiving SCAM Emails. Take note of this, I have read from the UK Embassy website that the target for SCAM emails are Filipinos who wanted to work as Caregiver in UK. These scammers are not from UK, they are just using UK to write us but they are outsiders. Let us inform our fellow Filipino people about this news from UK and to protect ourselves from the criminals.
