Scam marketing.

I have returned package to them. And they GAVE me Confirmation number, and I sent my package. I have tracking number which shows that the package is delivered. After 3-4 weeks I've called them and asked them about refund, but they say they didn't recieve my package and I should contact to my post office and file a claim. But it was impossible because info shows that package was delivered to them. Never buy from them. They are scammers

Their return policy is to deduct shipping and a 10% restocking fee and only give you store credit, EVEN FOR AN EXCHANGE! I ordered a dress according to their size chart and it was too small. Then they gave me store credit for $50.00 less than what I paid for the dress and had to reorder it, pay full price again plus shipping. I would NOT recommend ordering from PromGirl.com!

I ordered 2 Jerseys from this website and paid via credit card. I have yet to recieve the jerseys and the tracking number that was given to me says that there is no record of the item.
