Be very careful ordering large amounts from Modnique.com! I fortunately paid with Paypal, when an order that cost me $1,500 was not delivered, Modnique would not refund my money. I put in a claim to Paypal. Modnique.com continuously black mailed me to close my claim with Paypal before they would refund me! As if! Paypal strongly advised me to keep the claim. Modnique.com did not refund or cooperate at all and the Paypal dispute had to go right through the process to retain my funds. Modnique.com might be all nice and sweet while the going is good - but difficult and uncooperative when things go wrong. In the end, Modnique had their goods and my money ($1,500) and would not refund me! Thank god Paypal looked after the case - be very careful buyers!

I can only advise everyone not to do business with this vendor.
Although I have chosen registered shipping, and I have received an email confirmation of receipt of payment, my order was never shipped to date.
10 emails over 8 weeks, the last of them are any answer more than just a bad customer service.
The negative reports on the www about this seller will be more and more, and I'm not the only bad experience with this.
I can only advise everyone: keep distance from the seller, let's delete your account and you hope that your data is also gone away from their servers, what can not believe I did.
Get-RC is a very unprofessional seller, does not tell her you no warning!

This is an online clothes selling site @ Guangzhou. The owner appeared to be very enthusiastic when I wanted to place order, and they reply fast to everything until the payment is made.

After informing us that they already shipped the goods out, they suddenly went MIA. Never reply to emails anymore, offline in msn and not picking up calls. The lead time they gave was 3 days, however it has been almost 2 weeks and the goods have not arrived.

Be cautious when you want to place order from them, especially overseas customers.

This is the e-mail I received on Nov. 4, 2010 from David Anderson after I completed the assignments, and after I went to Amscot to cash the money orders, the woman said they were counterfeit.

I placed an order with this 'company' 38 days ago - my credit card was promptly billed. I have not received any merchandise, nor was I notified of my order being shipped, all attempts to contact by phone or email are unsuccessful as there is only a recorded message promising a 'response within 24 to 48 hours. That was over a week ago. I have now reported to my ccard company and am contacting appropriate authorities. I don't believe my order was ever filled or shipped.

I made an order for 81.57 USD. They didn’t ship my order to me and didn’t even say anything to me about it! I’ve got this information only after 1.5 months because they didn’t answer all the time. After everything they refunded me only 25.19 USD. Now perfume-worldwide.com is ignoring me asking them to refund my 56.38 USD. KEEP YOUR MONEY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!

i ordered a gravity ball from them and then right after i ordered i made an atempt to cancel the order but when i tried to cancel from the webpage they said my order was being processed and couldnt be changed i wrote them an email to try to cancel and got no responce.i recieved an email on sunday morning saying my order had shipped that day from usps which obviously was a lie considering it was a sunday.

Smartbodyz offers Life Wave patches at a lower price. I ordered a set, but found they didn’t work for me. I wrote two letters asking for a refund. They are enclosed. The only reply to both of my letters was a form letter saying refunds were only given for unopened packages. Of course there is no way to test the patches except by placing them on the body (at least by me). So this company, if not a fraud, at least has a poor business policy.

Dear Sirs:
How can I tell whether or not your patches are working? By observing how many push ups and how many one leg deep knee bends I did not observe any difference.
As a more objective test I have edema in my feet. One foot has a clearly visible vein structure when there is no swelling. With the patches purchased from the Company in California I noticed an Increase in strength right away and the vein became visible within two days. With your patches it didn’t. I did not take pictures. Having held high expectations, I was very disappointed
I hold a Ph D in experimental psychology and have written several books on healing. The placebo effect is well known to me. For many years I was a practicing hypnotist I started the first biofeedback company, etc.
Long retired from Boston University and now living on about one thousand dollars a month social security, I seldom have enough money for good quality organic food by the end of the month, so a refund would be appreciated and I can write about your product positively in my next book.

I tried your patches again. No effect like good acting patches invariably do.
Please send me fresh ones. How can you tell if they are any good’? How can I tell? Other than by use. How could I possible test them without opening the package?
