The training videos that The Janitorial Agency provides are valuable to my cleaning businesses’ continued success. The fact that I can use those videos to train my employees works out perfect. When my employees are trained, we all would have gone through the same program; we’ll all be on the same page, which is crucial when running a cleaning business. I also like the fact that I get to grade my employees tests just like The Janitorial Agency graded mine when I went through training. TJA actually trained me to be a teacher as well as a commercial cleaning entrepreneur.

I was recently scamed by some guys in the Middle East and these guys have a very well prepared set-up. I posted for a job in ADMA OPCO trough a web site Info Oil Careers (http://careers.infooil.com/fx/jobs/listings/1.363039/various.employment....).
A week later I received an e-mail form Dr. jack Lynn from ADMA OPCO telling me that I have been preselected and have to fill some type of pre-employment form. I fill the form and send it. Two days letter I receive a second e-mail for filling an interview questionnaire, which, seemed as good as others I have looked before. I fill the questionnaire and send it. A week later I received a third e-mail saying that I am going to be hired and the attachments have the contract agreement. I read all the documents, send them to a couple of friend who live in the Middle East, and they say to me it looks ok.
Once I send the contract signed, Dr. Jack Lynn writes me to inform me that I have to contact the EDD (Emirates Diplomat Department) because they will serve as my agents in the UAE for getting my paperwork done. I send an email to the EDD Prof. Khalifa Ahmed Mohammed (emiratediplomats@netcourrier.com +971-50-8493709) explaining my situation. He responded me immediately telling he will start to work on my working visa. In the mean time I am receiving from call from the UAE from Dr. Jack Lynn in order to be updated of the process.
A week later I receive a mail from the EDD with all the forms I have to fill to get the work visas and a letter which explain the nature of their services and the fees I have to pay. The fee is around $1800 (USD). I failed at that point to discover it was a scam an I did a Western Union money transfer to the UAE.
At this point Dr. Jack Lynn continues to call me every day, which gives me the impression that everything is ok. A week later the EDD informs me to get in contact with the MOFA (Ministry of foreign affairs) and pay a second fee. That’s when everything started to be suspicious.
To make the story short, this guys are scam artist an take their time in order to get a lot of money from you, so beware of job offers like this.

I received what it looks like a real job offer from ADAM OPCO in UAE, which is a well knows oil company over there. They first send me a form to fill (Basic data, CV, etc). " days later they send some source of interview questionare that, honestly was not different from others I have filled in diferent places I´ve worked before. Like a week later I receive a mail with a contract form (that also looked very legit) for employment and received a call form Dr. Jack Lynn in order to tell me that I have to contact the EDD (Emirate Diplomatic Department) which will act as my representative for getting my work permit done for the UAE. The contact in the EDD is Prof. Khalifa Ahmed Mohammed (emiratediplomats@netcourrier.com +971-50-8493709). I made the contact and a week later I received a mail from the EDD telling me that I have to send them some documentation, a letter to the ministry of the interior and pay a fee of $1800 for their services which are refundable from ADMA OPCO. I know some people that have payd similar quantity of money for the paperwork and that point nothing was suspicious. I paid the money and i started to receive calls from Dr. Jack Lynn everyday to know if the EDD have gave any response about the paeprwork. The EDD finaly came back to me a week latter saying me that I should pay a second fee to the MOFA (Ministry of Foreign affairs in the UAE). That´s when everything became suspicius.

To make the story short, these guys take their time and make you believe it's a real deal. Actualy I was not the only fooled but sme friends of mine who already lived in the middle east and I send them all the emails for them to check and didn't find anything extrange neither.
